Stainless steel machine body with sandblasting treatment, beautiful and durable. 3-stage dumpling skin pressing area, with skin recycling design, realizing high dough utilization. 6 servo control system, realizing precise mechanical motion for skin making, stuffing filling and dumpling forming.

 

The filling system adopts tool-free quick disassembly design, and daily cleaning can be completed in less than 30 minutes. 8-station dumpling forming molds, making dumplings are beautiful in appearance, good in taste, and high in pass rate. Production capacity upto 40-60 pcs/min, with optional dumpling unit weight for 18g, 23g, 25g

 

 

Main Performance and Structural Features

 

Easy Operation: The whole machine has only four operation buttons and is humanized design. The requirements for production operators are low, and production personnel can be put into operation with a little training;

 

Easy to Clean: The dough system of this machine adopts a cantilever design, so there are no sanitary dead corners. The filling system part adopts a tool-free quick-disassembly design, so the disassembly, assembly and cleaning of the whole machine can be completed in less than 30 minutes; (the actual time spent varies slightly depending on the worker's operating proficiency)

 

Economical and Efficient: This equipment adopts a new patented leather making and forming design, and adopts a central automatic leather return design.
